About the author
The late Emma Lou Thayne was a prolific writer, publishing fourteen books of poetry, fiction, essays, and travel stories. She was widely anthologized and published internationally on kinship and peace among people and nations. She received honors and awards too numerous to list. She is also the author of the beloved hymn "Where Can I Turn For Peace."
