We are sorry to report that our China-based printer has just notifed us that due to "government restirctions on the production and distribution of religious materials," they can no longer supply us with these beautiful replica books. 

Pray for China to be free and offer up your deep gratitude for the freedoms that we (most of us) still enjoy in those countries where we can still worship according to the dictates of our own consciences.

We are busy looking for another supplier (but no company in the USA will even print or bind these small replicas) for now, we still have a moderate supply of the 1830 Book of Mormon replicas. But sadly we are completely out of the 1833 Book of Commandments and very low on 1835 Hymnals. So, let this be a heads-up. This totally new “Heirloom” edition of the 1830 Book of Mormon produced in 2026 is a carefully crafted facsimile of the 196-year-old original. The interior pages were taken from the best page scans of no less than four high-definition captures from genuine 1830 copies.

A beautiful edition suitable for gifting / rare-book souvenir collectors, as well as individuals wishing to experience the book the way its first recipients did in 1830.

This faithful replica has the same stitched “signatures” (folded 16-page booklets) as found in the 1830 original. It is printed on “aged” silk vein paper to give it greater authenticity, while also offering durable functionality for daily use.

Beautifully bound in a soft-grain leatherette, the cover has all the classic gold embossing on the spine as found in the originals. This edition's binding and overall look and feel, closely matches every aspect the of the original 1830 edition.
